In the 19th of January, ASEAN University Network including 21 University from 10 countries officially recognized the University of Hanoi and the University of HCMC.
All of the four programs reach the standard of ASEAN. Specifically, IT program (HCMUS) reached the highest rate 4.92, IT program (UI) reached 4.61, Telecommunication (University of Technology) reach 4.1 and IT program (University of Technology from Ha Noi) reach 4.52.
