- Gregg Brown, M.H.R.O.D. – Mr. Brown is a seasoned international educator with over 16 years of teaching experience with global insight from his work in seven different countries. Prior to his teaching career, Mr. Brown was a successful business manager with responsibilities for human resources, marketing and operations management. M.H.R.O.D. Masters of Human Resources/Organizational Development - University of San Francisco, San Francisco, California.
- Robert Dischner, Ph.D. – Dr. Dischner has over 25 years experience of successful research, design, delivery and evaluation of technical and non-technical training, career development and change management initiatives in the public utility industry. He has over 5 years of teaching leadership, project management, and effective communication skills courses. Ph.D. Philosophy of Education – State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, New York.
- Dawn Grosso, J.D. – Ms. Grosso has been a practicing attorney for nearly 20 years, with over 10 years experience serving the New York State Supreme. During this time, Ms. Grosso has also lectured for the New York State Bar Association, NYS Office of Court Administration, as well as several area colleges and universities. Juris Doctor – Pace University School of Law, White Plains, New York.

- Stephen Heller, MBA – Mr. Heller has over 20 years of management experience in the apparel industry. He is also a New York State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, and serves as a Member of the Board of Governors for the NYS Society of Real Estate Appraisers. He has taught for Keuka College for over 5 years.
- Taras Herbowy, Ed.D. – Dr. Herbowy has an extensive background and experience in all facets of public administration and supervision. He is a former senior leader of two different school districts. He is an accomplished educator in the areas of leadership, negotiation, and research methods. Ed. D. – Teachers College, Columbia University, New York, New York.
- Keith LaSota, Ph.D. (ABD) – Dr. LaSota is an innovative and entrepreneurial-spirited professional with over 30 years of broad-based achievements in international organizations, business startups, strategic business partnerships and higher education. Dr. LaSota also has over 30 years of teaching experience with both traditional and non-traditional students. Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (student, ABD), Touro University International, Cypress, California.
- Dianne Mau, Ed.D. – Dr. Mau has over 35 years experience in Human Resource Development. Dr. Mau has acted in a consulting role and delivered various training sessions for a variety of companies including Wegmans Food Markets, Sentry Group, Bausch and Lomb, Eastman Kodak and Xerox. Ed. D. – Teachers College, Columbia University, New York, New York.
- William Myers, M.S. – Mr. Myers has over 20 years of management experience managing multiple locations and total managed volume of over fourteen million US dollars. With hundreds of employees under his direction, Myers has received numerous awards for client satisfaction, financial performance and workplace safety while working within a Fortune 100 company. Myers is a seasoned international educator having received awards for “international excellence” and “excellence in teaching”. - Theodore Pietrzak, Ph.D. – Dr. Pietrzak has over 25 years of teaching experience in both the independent business arena and the undergraduate and graduate classroom as adjunct faculty and Assistant Professor. Dr. Pietrzak has worked closely with executive management teams and Quality Directors to implement and develop professional employee development programs. Ph.D. – Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Les Rosenbloom, Ph.D. – Dr. Rosenbloom has over 35 years of experience in higher education and has served as Professor of Marketing and Economics, Chairman of the Business Administration Division and Director for the Center for Professional Development. His career achievements include the Corning Community College Trustees’ Award for Excellence in Teaching along with New York State Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in College Service. Ph.D. – University of Florida.
- Jeffrey Shepard, Ph.D. – Dr. Shepard currently serves as the Vice President / Director of Business Development for a world-wide medical equipment corporation where his scope of responsibilities include all sales management, marketing, business development, external relations and retention of customers throughout the world. As an adjunct instructor for over 5 years, Dr. Shepard has provided instruction to both the undergraduate and graduate student in areas of strategy, organizational management and leadership. Ph.D. – Union Institute and University, Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Judy Smith, Ph.D. – Dr. Smith has over 35 years of experience in higher education as a professor, as well as in various senior management roles, including Vice President of Academic Affairs, and more recently as Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Dr. Smith brings broad-based experience with the regional community, especially with the leaders of business, industry and economic development. Ph.D. – Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
- James White, Ph.D. – Dr. White has over 25 years of business experience in the areas of accounting and financial analysis, as well as increasing levels of management responsibility with one of the largest food retailers in the Untied States. Ph.D. – Walden University.
- Andrew Wyner, Ph.D. – Dr. Wyner has over 30 years of diversified managerial experience with one of the world’s largest multinational organizations, Eastman Kodak Company. He has traveled to, and worked in over 100 countries. Ph.D. – University of Toronto, Canada.
