ITEC STAR 2015
ITEC Voice and ITEC Got Talent officially returns with a brand new name, “ITEC STARS” in 2015.
ITEC STAR assures new formating and definitely a funniest playground with valuable rewards for our students.

Contest Rules:
- I.Purpose – Requirements:
- 1.Purpose:
_ A experienced and wealthy playground for our ITEC students, the contest creates a friendly zone that helps students exchange and performe their music passion.
_ At the moment, our organization would looking for a talent individual/ band, who will be performe for our ITEC Center in later events.
- 2.Requirements:
_Encouraging new creation and creative performace.
_Expressing personal style and team work.
_Candidates must obey the contest rules.
_Exchanging and observing others’ specialiests is a need.
- II.Contest Contain:
- 1.All type of performance arts
- 2.Competiting Methods: each performances will be show to our jugde.
_Audition round: select 10 best performaces to the final round.
_Final round: select 1 winner, 2nd place, and 3rd place.
- III.Performace Schedule:
- 1.Time:
_Audition round: 2 – 5 PM of May 16, 2015
_Final round: 6 – 9 PM of May 30, 2015 ( in a same day of Summer Festival)
- 2.Place:
_Audition round: Room 11G of Building I
_Final round: the stage is located main yard of Natural Science University.
- IV.Target candidate and registor requirements:
- 1.Target candidate:
All current students of ITEC (Keuka & AUT) and Natural Science University.
- 2.Registor requirement:
_ Individual: current student of ITEC (Keuka & AUT) and Natural Science University.
_Group: a group must not have more than 20 members and not excess 30% non- current students of our organization.
- 3.Disqualified Candidates:
_Student or group won in any competitions as level of city.
_Student or group is currently working in professional art performacing.
- V.Registration:
- 1.Requirements:
_Online registration in posted link from ITEC MUSIC webpage or via as hotline 0937776705 (Mye).
_Individual or group can only register 1 performance.
_Any sub-performers can only register for 1 performace (ex: guitar, cajon, piano, organ, etc…)
_All candidate must register on the form that organizors provide
_Each group must have a leader, who will responsible for listing members’ information.
_All candidates must register online in provided form.

_Our organization will announce meeting schedule, performance order, time through email or phone number which is written on register form.
_Register date: April 29 to 5:30 PM of May 12, 2015.
- VI.Contest Requirements:
- 1.Candidate requirements:
_Must attend meeting and response to any notification of organizors.
_Must submit registor form before the deadline.
_Must be on time for final checking before the contest begins.
_Must attend the contest with positive attitude, friendly, and prohibited any disrespectful act toward organizors.
- 2.Performance requirements:
_The performace must follow the registor form.
_The groups must not add non-registratered members.
_Any background music that would play via as usb must submit to organization 3 days before the performance date.
_Each performace must be personal responsibility of copy-right or authorization.
_The performance uniform must suitable with Việt Nam.
_All candidates must prepare performance uniform.
- 3.Regulations on performing tests: Style contest:
+ Audition round: duration within 5 minutes.
+ Final round: duration within 7 minutes.
_The performance can only show once. Exception will be decided by organization, if any technical problems occurred.
_Organization has the right to stop any inqualified or suitable performances.
_All candidates must be ready right after MC or organizor annouces their order numbers or names.
_All candidates must immediately clear the stage and remove all personal equipments.
_The performace must not delivery any reactionary, racism, or religion discrimination.
- 4.Regulations prohibit the contestants:
_ Non-performing content nature reactionary propaganda, distribution
racial, religious, political, and content categories are currently prohibited by law ị
Vietnam state law.
_ Do not use the lack of cultural genres, sub-continuous odd word, left the fine traditions
People keep South Vietnam.
- 5.Points formulation and determine the outcome:
- a.Within qualifiers: Jury's take on these criteria.
+ Criteria: Degree of difficulty of the test
+ Criterion 2: Calculate the performance of tests
+ Criteria 3: Calculate the art of test
+ Criterion 4: talent and new style of exam
- Number of the announcement s under 40. With a scale of 4 criteria oi accounting criteria
25% of the total points.
- b.For the submissions entered the ring in: Jury's project on the target
Release:
+ Criterion 1: Degree of difficulty of the test.
+ Criterion 2: Calculate the performance of the test.
+ Criterion 3: Art of the test.
+ Criterion 4: The new and innovative creative discourse (compared with the previous round).
+ Criteria audience: The audience's fans
Published s score on a scale of 50, the following components:
- With the first 5 criteria each criteria accounting for 10% of the total points.
c. Result and Award:
_Audition round: the result will be posted in ITEC/ ITEC MUSIC/ Student Association web page in 2 days from the audition round. At the same time, we will email, sms, or send notification note to the selected individual or group.
_Final round’s result will be announced after the show.
- 6.The prize structure:
+ First prize (01 prize): Certificate, memorial cup and 1.500.000VND.
+ Second prize (prize 01): Certificate, memorial cup and 1.200.000VND.
+ The third (01 prize): Certificate, memorial cup and 800.000VND.
+ All performances are play in final round, which will be received certifications from the organization.
- 7.Candidate Discipline:
_With contestants: If you destroy the charter, regulations, depending on the extent of
organization's range which launched disciplinary action:
+ Light Violation: Reminder, warning, demerit points.
+ Heavy Violation: Deprivation of the right to cancel the contest or exam results.
+ Deliberately serious violations: Discipline under the rules prescribed by the university.
_For The fans:
Attitudes and negative behavior, harassment, disrespect l word when tournament s equipment
discipline under the rules prescribed by the university.
_With judges and collaborators:
+ Ethics violation, reveals professional weaknesses, mistakes do photo
entitled to contest the results.
+ Financial Violation of Organization League, accepting bribes ... will be disciplined work stoppage mission to the end of the tournament.
8. Complaints and handling complaints:
- Do not be a complaint against the decision of the judges in the competition on: scores
each evaluation criteria, they will forcibly stop the performance.
- If there are complaints about other matters (other than those specified above) must be sent to remain hidden
Organizing through unit chief on the board exam registration at least 12 hours
after the test ends. The organization will answer immediately after receiving the complaint.
- For individual exam candidates only new reviews complaints.
- For exercise tests only new captain has the right to appeal.
- If the complaint is unfounded or not properly regulated, the organization will review and have
possible forms of treatment for those claims under the rules and regulations of the house
school.
9. other terms:
- Organizing Committee responsible for resolving all claims of the unit. Decision handle
organizers of the participants must strictly obey.
- Only the new organization have the right to decide the terms are not itemized on charter.
